Your tasks:
Manage and controll the Purchasing department daily activity
Managing purchasing activity, and build a sustainable and efficient supplier portfolio
Lead contract negotiation with suppliers to achieve better terms and prices
Revise contracts purchasing relevant contents and the general terms and conditions
Ensure the availability of all materials needed for production and operation
Prepare cost analysis in order to achieve cost reduction
Revise, prepare and implement if needed purchasing relevant regulations, process flows
Conduct supplier checks and evaluation
Recommend and implement changes in methods, equipment, systems and organisation, as needed, to assure that the objectives of the business are fulfilled based on the CEO guidance
Work out and implement continuous improvement strategies with the approval of the CEOs
Your profile:
University degree in relevant field
More than 3 years experience in this field as a Manager
Experience in SCM activity management
Fluent English both in written and oral
Good organization skill
Good communication skills
Good problem solving skill
Good guiding skill
