Ihre Aufgaben:

Its general task is to ensure the execution of the daily, operational routine tasks of the IT system, and the daily work organization of the IT department;
Review and amend relevant IT policies, instructions, procedures, manuals and documentation;
Supervise and controll operational IT monitoring activities, incident management and reporting;
Supervising the handling of tickets registered in the internal HelpDesk system using the ticketing system;
Ensure propoer operation of the Employer's IT equipment (workstations, printers, multimedia devices etc.), provision of ad hoc end-user support;
Participation in the testing and development of IT system elements (hardware, basic software and business; applications)
IT strategy and IT investments, presentation of development concepts, management and coordination of implementation
IT cost planning and control
Proactive participation in the implementation of ERP systems
Preparation of IT documentation, records, reports
Keeping contact with IT external partners, negotiating contract content

University education in a specialized field of IT;
Management experience in IT department min. 5 years;
Stable knowledge of ERP systems and experience in implementation;
Knowledge of hardware (PC, printers, network devices, etc.);
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications;
Confident network skills;
Fluent professional English or German language skills;
Systematic approach, demanding, precise documentation skills;
Ability to guide and controll team;
Effective communication with users and partners;
Category B driver's license;
It is primarily a residence in the vicinity of Nyírbátor/Mátészalka/Nyíregyháza.
