Ihre Aufgaben:
- Coordinate and develop the daily operations of the IT department
- Regularly update IT policies and documentations
- Oversee system supervision, control and incideent management
- Manage HelpDesk processes
- Ensure smooth operation of IT equipments and provide user support
- Participate in hardware and software testing and development
- Prepare and implement IT strategic plans and investments
- IT cost planning and control
- Actively contribute to ERP system implementations
- Active participation in IT relevant projects
- Prepare IT documentations, records and reports
- Maintain contact with external IT partners
Ihr Profil:
- University degree in IT or related field
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Strong knowledge in ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Solid networking knowledge
- Fluent English language skills
- Systematic thinking, precision, excellent documentation and communication skills
- Category B driver's license;
- Preferably residing Szabolcs- Szatmár Bereg county
