Ihre Aufgaben:
- Providing IT support to users on-site or through remote access
- Installing and configuring computers and mobile devices
- Operating and maintaining network printers
- Organizing and performing preventive maintenance activities
- Maintaining hardware and software inventories, diagnosing and resolving related issues
- Documenting IT processes
- Managing and maintaining IT asset records
Ihr Profil:
- 1-3 years in an IT support role (or a related field).
- Junior candidates with strong technical foundations and great customer service skills are encouraged to apply!
- Basic knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Great communication skills, patience, and a team-oriented attitude.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in IT support or related education is a plus (ITIL, etc.)
- English CV is required
