Ihre Aufgaben:

Participation in financial planning and forecasts
Preparation of cost analyses, cost calculations
Active participation in the preparation of the annual budget
Active participation in periodic financial closures
Preparation of periodic financial reports, KPIs (regular and ad hoc)
Preparation and analysis of periodic reports
Supporting the decision-making processes of Management and the CEO with reliable data
Active participation in the development of the ERP system
Creation and continuous development of reports
Active participation in the development of company processes
Effectiveness - initiating development ideas aimed at improving efficiency

Specialized higher education in finance/economics
Minimum 3 years of experience in the controlling field (acquired in the production or commercial, technical field)
Accurate, focused, proactive and rule-following attitude
Goal-oriented thinking
Interest in corporate management systems
Intermediate English language skills, spoken and written, which you can further develop with us
Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint) and a willingness to continuously improve
Ability to work in a team
