You actively support the CEO in organizing and managing appointments, ensuring that day-to-day business runs smoothly.
You organize and actively participate in meetings and create precise reports, which you then check and follow up on.
With your passion for communication, you will write professional letters, prepare appealing presentations and manage incoming calls.
Your organizational skills will be put to full use in the preparation of internal and international conferences and business meetings to ensure that these events run smoothly.
As a project manager for cross-departmental initiatives, such as the development of a welcome handbook or reporting, you will make a significant contribution to improving internal processes.
With your expertise in internal communication, you will write newsletters and announcements, translate important content and promote local initiatives to strengthen teamwork within the Group.
You have successfully completed an education in marketing and/or international management (BAC+2/3/5).
Ideally, you have professional experience in an international environment and a high level of intercultural competence.
You are characterized by excellent organizational skills, high availability and accuracy and enjoy working independently.
Your enjoyment of teamwork and cooperation with different departments motivates you to achieve optimum results together.
You are flexible, enjoy dealing with analytical and complex topics and apply your skills in a targeted manner.
Your strong communication skills make you a valued contact person within the organization.
You have a good command of written and spoken French and English, other language skills are an advantage.
Confident use of MS Office and collaborative tools is one of your strengths, as is a willingness to travel when necessary.
