Your mission:

Working closely with our teams, you will manage requests for quotations, ensure that they are processed on time and monitor the entire process until delivery.
You will organize team trips efficiently and ensure that all logistics details are perfectly coordinated to ensure that projects run smoothly.
Your tasks include careful research, reading contracts and checking suppliers of transport equipment and subcontractors, including assembly, electrical and translations, until the projects are successfully completed.
You will provide administrative support in project monitoring, coordinate cooperation with MSK subsidiaries and subcontractors and thus contribute to the successful implementation of the projects.
The preparation of documents, folders, offers, invoices and orders as well as the implementation of translations are part of your area of responsibility and will be carried out by you with great precision and care.
In addition, you will take on various tasks related to the back office to ensure the smooth operation of our company.

You have completed a university education (Bac+2/3) and ideally have already gained some successful experience in the back office, especially in dealing with telephone contacts.
Your enthusiasm and interest in technology set you apart and make you a valuable member of our team.
You are an organized, autonomous personality with high standards of service quality and ensure that our customers are always satisfied.
Your strong communication skills and your ability to find creative solutions make you a valued contact both internally and externally.
Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile and enable you to communicate successfully in our international environment.
