Your tasks:
- Preparation and managing of machine system and safety documentations for equipment to be integrated into customer projects
- Preparation of spare parts lists and drawings of machines and machine units
- Keeping in touch with project managers and documentation specialists of our international subsidiaries
- Adherence to deadlines, taking into account the production plan
- Close cooperation with the design departments (mechanical and electrical)
- Keeping and cultivating department related statistics
Your profile:
- At least a secondary-level technical qualification
- Communication level in English
(German language skills and professional language skills are an advantage) - Knowledge of relevant European standards (EC Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC) is an advantage
- CAD software knowledge (AutoCAD, Inventor) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of word processing programs (Frame Maker is an advantage)
- Knowledge about content management systems (CMS) Schema ST4 is an advantage
- Responsibility, high reliability, loyalty, commitment
- Flexibility and participation in an international team
