Maintenance Operative Manager

Your tasks:

  • Daily management of maintenance workforce and resources, including work organization and performance monitoring
  • Management of systems and equipment: monitoring the condition of machines and equipment, spare parts and tool management
  • Preparation, maintenance and reporting of maintenance and repair schedules
  • Identification of the need for external service partners for repairs when necessary and coordination of outsourced activities
  • Preparation and management of maintenance and technical development projects
  • Development of maintenance plans in cooperation with related departments, including follow-up and evaluation
  • Implementation of corrective actions based on evaluations and communication with relevant departments
  • Participation in tasks related to the company’s energy management activities
  • Maintaining up-to-date maintenance documentation and records
  • Organizing and coordinating inspections and repair activities
  • Managing professional relationships, cooperation with service providers and preparation for external audits
  • Ensuring warranty claims and warranty repair processes when applicable
  • Reporting maintenance-related activities to Director and Managing Director level 

Your profile:

  • Secondary technical qualification in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to participate in operational maintenance activities when required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Autodesk software (AutoCAD and/or Inventor)
  • Professional working proficiency in English or German
  • Compliance-oriented mindset
  • Strategic and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Cost-conscious approach
  • Residence in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County
