Ihre Aufgaben:
- Drilling, tapping (threaded holes) and reaming holes in metal, plastic, sheet metal and bar stock materials
- Marking hole positions, preparing and carrying out drilling operations based on technical drawings
- Performing operator-level maintenance on machines and keeping the work area clean
Ihr Profil:
- Relevant technical qualification
- Team-oriented mindset
- General knowledge of machinery and materials, with strong knowledge of raw materials considered an advantage
- Experience in tool sharpening and crane operator license are an advantage
- Knowledge and practical application of standard and commonly used drill bits, their sizes and scales
- Thorough knowledge and application of standard and commonly used taps
- Knowledge and practical experience with standard reamers
- Ability to read technical drawings, measure and mark hole positions (independently or with assistance)
- Independent execution of drilling operations: preparation, pilot drilling, drilling, tapping, reaming
- Basic knowledge and practical use of drilling machines and tools (including tool sharpening)
- Ability to perform self-inspection using measuring instruments (caliper, bore micrometer, gauge blocks) according to technical drawings and general hole tolerances (based on standards MSZ EN 20286; ISO 286; DIN 7168)
- Professional interest and willingness to develop skills
