Your tasks:

  • Managing internal and external maintenance work orders and preparing reports
  • Tracking spare part usage and inventory control
  • Performing administrative tasks and data entry duties
  • Keeping maintenance-related review records up to date
  • Assisting daily maintenance activities, preparing and reviewing reports

Your profile:

  • At least a secondary education qualification
  • Economic education is an advantage
  • Confident user-level IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • ERP system knowledge is an advantage
  • Basic level English or German language skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), maintaining contact with other departments
  • Reliability, responsibility, and a precise, detail-oriented approach
  • Problem-solving skills, independence, flexibility, and confidence in work execution
  • Fast learning ability and effective working habits
  • Stress resilience and teamwork skills
