Ihre Aufgaben:

• Supporting the work of the legal department in various areas of law (primarily labor law, civil law, company law, etc.);

• Preparation, review and coordination of contracts;

• Legal research, preparation of legal opinions;

• Participation in the preparation and review of internal legal regulations and company documents;

• Management of legal documentation, participation in the preparation of reports and statements related to the operation of the department;

• Support of company management and associated areas in legal and general matters.

Ihr Profil:

• University degree in law;

• Confident labor law, civil law, knowledge and practical experience (Min. 1-2 years);

• Responsible, fast and accurate work;

• Ability to work independently and in a team;

• Load capacity and systems approach;

• Conversational English language skills in writing and speaking;

• Confident MS Office management (excel, word, ppt);

• Category B driver's license;

• Having a law degree is an advantage;

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a corporate work environment is an advantage.
