•Participation in financial planning and forecasts
• Preparation of cost analyses, cost calculations
• Active participation in the preparation of the annual budget
• Active participation in periodic financial closures
• Preparation of periodic financial reports, KPIs (regular and ad hoc)
• Preparation and analysis of periodic reports
• Supporting the decision-making processes of Management and the CEO with reliable data
• Active participation in the development of the ERP system
• Creation and continuous development of reports
• Active participation in the development of company processes
• Effectiveness - initiating development ideas aimed at improving efficiency

Ihr Profil:

  • Specialized higher education in finance/economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the controlling field (acquired in the production or commercial, technical field)
  • Accurate, focused, proactive and rule-following attitude
  • Goal-oriented thinking
  • Interest in corporate management systems
  • Intermediate English language skills, spoken and written, which you can further develop with us
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint) and a willingness to continuously improve
  • Ability to work in a team
