Ihre Aufgaben:

•      Responsible for Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Pricing departments activity and controll;

•      Develop and implement commercial strategies in accordance with efficiency execution of MSK’s corporate strategy and objectives aiming to accelaret growth;

•      Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets;,

•      Oversee and participate in budget preparation, annual operation planning, inventory handling, asset control, plan-fact data comparison high level riports, various analyses, workouts;

•      Activly contributies in setting financial targets, budget development and forecasting;

•      Commercial and financial counterpart for CEOs and MSK Headcouter relevant team;

•      Monitor performance of commercial activities (profitability, sales, review cost, cost controll and development, allocate investment budget and steer business results using key performance indicators;

•      Prepare riports, analysis to CEOs;

•      Make performance analysis, measure how pricing drives margin performance and trigger measures needed;

•      Taking part in contract negotiations, draftings from Commercial side especially for tenders, investments, energy relevant and other prior topics;

•      Build and maintain profitable partnership with key stakeholders;

•      Collaborate with the management and the diverse teams;

•      Perform the HR relevant activities in the departments under this position.

 

Ihr Profil:

Ihr Profil:

•      University degree master diploma in Economics/Business Administration in focus;,

•      Minimum 3 years proven experience  as Commercial Director or Group Manager for Finance, and other commercial areas preferably in manufacturing company;

•      Solid knowledge of performance riporting and financial / budget processes;

•      Excellent communication skills in English (fluent, negotiable) and in Hungarian (native);

•      Proficient knowledge rin Excel, ERP;

•      Flexibility - able to cope with complexity;

•      Modern international thinking;

•      Strong problem solving skills;

•      Good guiding skills;

•      Multitasking ability.
