Ihre Aufgaben:

Professional leadership and management of employees assigned to the field in order to achieve the goals defined by the company;
Ensuring technical and personnel availability of machinery and work equipment;
Work scheduling of the area, preparation and control of shift schedule and capacity plan;
Preparing daily and weekly reports to the line manager;
Enforcing and optimizing work processes by considering quality, timeliness and costs together;
Participation in the development of the training and indoctrination plan, participation in staff development;
Effective communication with partner areas (e.g. capacity, missing parts and assembly times);
Analysis and treatment of the causes of quality defects occurring during the assembly process;
Responsible for compliance with and enforcement of labor, fire and environmental regulations;
Ensures that the workplace 5S maintain order and cleanliness.

Qualification as a technician or skilled worker in the field of electrical industry;
Reading electrical wiring diagrams, electrical plans, technical documents;
Precise, responsible work;
At least 1 year of managerial and group leader experience;
Good problem-solving skills;
Creativity, flexibility, positive attitude;
Tendency to teamwork and coordination;
Communication ability to actively speak English.
