Your tasks

  • Handling requests for tenders and orders of spare parts, including follow up until delivery
  • Organization of the team's travels
  • Searching, contracting and control of suppliers of handling equipment and logistics as well as subcontractors (erector, electricians, translators, etc.) until the end of the project
  • Administrative preparation of the building sites, including coordination with the MSK subsidiaries and our subcontractors and sending of all requested documents
  • Preparation of documents, workbooks, offers, invoices, orders, translations
  • All other activities that belong to a Backoffice


Your qualifications

  • Minimum of BAC+2 education
  • Experience in a similar position in Backoffice, including customer service by telephone
  • Technical interest and understanding
  • Structured and independent working methods with strong service orientation
  • Team player who communicates goal- and solution orientated
  • Good notice of English in speaking and writing
